Relying on the artboard in your design software to define the outside of your design will unfortunately not work as the uploader only recognizes the vector paths in your design.

This means you need to include an outside cutting line in a different color to any internal engraving features in your file.

In the example below you can see a blue line is used to define the material size and this line has been assigned 'cutting' using the buttons on the left hand side of the page when the file is uploaded to the site.
