If you have received parts that are no good (or they have been lost in shipping) please follow these steps:
1) Select your affected order here.
2) Click "Report an issue" at the top of the order page.
3) Describe the problem, add photos, click 'Confirm'.
4) In the Cart, confirm the part/s & quantity you need replaced.
5) Checkout for $0.
We'll then re-make and re-ship next day for free (and turn a sad moment into a happy one - fast).
