If you have received parts that are no good (or they have been lost in shipping) please follow these steps:
1) Select your affected order here.
2) Click "Report an issue" at the top of the order page.
3) Choose the parts you need replaced (tick the boxes and input the quantity)
4) Add photos
5) Describe the problem
6) Click 'Confirm'.
We'll then re-make and re-ship for free with priority speed (and turn a sad moment into a happy one - fast).
